Devon Blake

Devon Blake is the Senior Director for Premise Data, an innovative data science information technology company. She is a senior executive with 26 years of leadership and intelligence experience within our nation’s armed forces. Devon specializes in national security, interagency operations, and strategic planning.

She has lived, deployed, and traveled extensively overseas and places value on the people she meets and the relationships established. Key command positions include commander of the 66th Military Intelligence Brigade, United States Army Europe, and commander of the 344th Military Intelligence Battalion, 111th Military Intelligence Brigade. She served as the senior military assistant and the senior service advisor at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, as the Deputy Executive Officer to the 38th Chief of Staff of the Army, and as the senior intelligence advisor to the 16th Military Police Brigade (Airborne).

Devon is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, holds a master’s degree in engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, a master’s degree in education from the University of Virginia, and completed fellowships in French from the Centre des Hautes Études Militaire (CHEM) and the Institut des Hautes Études de Défense Nationale (IHEDN).

She proudly serves on the boards of IRIS, a next generation platform for law enforcement management; and the non-profit organization, A Boy and His Dream, creating opportunities for underserved youth.
