Mike Giallombardo
Co-Founder & CEO IRIS Tech, Inc.
Mike Giallombardo is a U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer and seasoned military intelligence professional with over 17 years of service. His career began in active-duty intelligence operations with the 4th Infantry Division, where he deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. There, he conducted direct action raids, combat patrols, key leader engagements, interrogations, and sensitive intelligence-gathering missions in high-threat environments.

Specializing in tactical and operational intelligence, Mike has continued his service in the Army National Guard, where he plays a critical role in the coordination and analysis of multi-source intelligence to support national defense objectives.

Mike brings this deep operational intelligence experience to the private sector as Founder and CEO of IRIS Tech, a software platform built specifically to modernize intelligence and asset request workflows for law enforcement and defense agencies. He also leads Total Intelligence Group, focusing on cybersecurity and national security-related technologies.

Currently serving in the Florida House of Representatives, Mike remains committed to supporting public safety, veterans, and defense innovation. He lives in Florida with his wife and three children.
Tim Masshardt

Tim Masshardt is a military intelligence veteran and operational leader with nearly two decades of experience in national security and law enforcement technology. He began his career in the U.S. Army as a Cryptologic Language Analyst and Intelligence Analyst, deploying twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Working alongside Coalition Forces, Tim conducted time-sensitive intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination in high-stakes environments.

After his active-duty service, Tim spent several years as an instructor at the U.S. Army’s Military Intelligence School, where he trained incoming analysts in advanced intelligence methodologies. He later supported federal law enforcement operations through Department of Justice contracts, applying military-grade intelligence practices to domestic security initiatives.

As Chief Operating Officer of IRIS Tech, Tim oversees day-to-day operations, drives product strategy, and leads cross-functional teams across engineering, support, and business development. He brings expertise in scaling complex software solutions, managing stakeholder relationships, and executing mission-driven strategy. Tim’s military discipline and intelligence experience ensure IRIS remains tightly aligned with the operational needs of modern law enforcement and intelligence organizations.
Matthew Clements

Matthew Clements is a 25-year law enforcement veteran and retired Police Master Sergeant with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, where he served in a wide range of operational and leadership roles. Throughout his distinguished career, Matthew worked across patrol, investigations, and specialized units, developing a deep understanding of criminal investigations, public safety operations, and interagency coordination. His experience gives him a uniquely credible voice when working with law enforcement professionals across the country.

Following his retirement from active service, Matthew transitioned to the law enforcement technology sector, where he quickly distinguished himself as a top-performing sales and strategy executive. He has held senior business development and account management roles at industry leaders including SAS and LEO Technologies, where he advised state and federal clients on advanced analytics, communications intelligence, cloud migration, and officer wellness technologies.

Matthew’s frontline experience and technical acumen make him a trusted advisor to public safety agencies navigating operational modernization. At IRIS Tech, he leads agency engagement efforts, ensuring the IRIS platform continues to evolve alongside the real-world needs of those it’s built to serve.
David Harrington

David Harrington is a seasoned Chief Operating Officer with a proven track record of building and scaling companies in regulated and service-driven industries. With over a decade of executive leadership experience, David has led multiple product launches, driven consistent year-over-year growth in revenue and client retention, and overseen strategic expansions into new markets, including government services.

As COO, David is responsible for day-to-day operations, organizational alignment, and long-term planning. His focus on operational excellence, cross-functional team leadership, and client-focused service delivery has positioned his company as a leading provider in its sector.

In his advisory role with IRIS Tech, David contributes high-level strategic insight and practical operational guidance, helping the company scale effectively while maintaining its commitment to public safety and service innovation. Stewart Holley is a U.S. Army National Guard intelligence veteran and accomplished sales leader with a dual-track career in military service and enterprise growth. Over two decades, Stewart has balanced his role as a military intelligence professional with a high-performing career in tech and property data sales, bringing operational discipline, strategic insight, and a relentless focus on results to both arenas.

While serving in the National Guard, Stewart held key intelligence positions supporting national security objectives. His military background sharpened his ability to lead under pressure, adapt quickly, and navigate complex decision-making, skills he applied directly to building and scaling high-impact sales teams in the private sector.

As a sales executive, Stewart has launched go-to-market strategies, rebuilt underperforming territories, and helped grow startups into multi-million-dollar enterprises.
