FLORIDA IMMIGRATION ENFORCEMENT GRANT (SBIE)
Florida’s State Immigration Enforcement Grant Program (SBIE) was established under Sections 908.1031–908.1033, Florida Statutes and is administered by the State Board of Immigration Enforcement through FDLE. The program provides $250 million in state funding to reimburse local law enforcement agencies participating in federal immigration enforcement efforts, including 287(g) operations.
One allowable use of SBIE funding is the acquisition of software systems that directly support immigration enforcement, coordination, and reporting. IRIS is a CJIS-aligned request and intelligence management platform purpose-built for law enforcement and designed to support these activities.
DEADLINE : June 1st, 2025
